How much does BIA cost?
BIA costs KES 750 per licensed user per month. You can pay monthly or choose annual billing at KES 9,000 per licensed user per year.
Can I add more users later?
Yes. You can increase the number of licensed users as your team grows, and your subscription will be adjusted to the applicable number of licensed users.
Is BIA cloud-based or desktop-based?
BIA is a desktop application. It can be installed for an individual user or configured for shared office use where authorised users work with a central office database.
Can I request a demo before purchasing?
Yes. You can request an online demonstration before deciding to purchase BIA.
What happens after I purchase BIA?
After your purchase is submitted, you review and accept the BIA Software Licence & Subscription Agreement. Payment is then completed before BIA Technologies proceeds with licence preparation, installation, activation and initial onboarding.
Am I buying ownership of the software?
No. Your subscription gives you a licence to use BIA under the applicable terms. Ownership of BIA and its intellectual property remains with BIA Technologies.
How is access to BIA and business information controlled?
BIA uses controlled user access, permissions and deployment controls to help ensure staff access is appropriate to their authorised roles.
